VoyageATL - Trailblazers Series 2018

Transitioning to a plant-based lifestyle was quite a challenge for me. I grew up eating meat of all kinds and cheese was my weakness. When you eat certain foods on a daily basis, it becomes a part of your life and you think you can’t live without it. Changing your thoughts (mental reset) is the first step and you’re guaranteed success!
