Why did i do it?

It all started with the most eye-opening video on YouTube about the truth behind slaughterhouses. After watching it with my husband we both decided to make the transition together. It was then when I began to research what unhealthy foods was actually doing to my body mentally, physically, and even spiritually. Mentally, I was experiencing depression and brain fogs to where it was very difficult for me to stay focused to complete simple daily tasks. Physically, I was experiencing major stomach pains, bad acne, unhealthy weight gain, painful cycles and abnormal pap smears. Spiritually, I started to lose sight of who I was destined to be. I realized this change had to be a permanent lifestyle change for me but it wouldn’t happen overnight. My husband and I started our transition by eliminating all unhealthy foods one step at a time. We also taught our children the importance of consuming healthy & nutritious foods.

My lifestyle now consist of wholesome and plant based foods. The instant I took the first step is when my entire life changed for the better. It’s one of those things where you really have to stay focused and stick to your guns. Life is the most precious gift we have. We were all given this beautiful life and it's our duty to protect it. Whether you cut out pork, beef, chicken, dairy it is still a step to a healthier you! Every step you take to a healthier you counts and I'm here to help you along the way! I can't wait to nourish your souls with my flavorful and exclusive vegan meals.
